Commercial print service from Milbrooke

Our commercial print service has been established for over 20 years and by combining experience
with capability offers an extensive range of print products and services. We can advise on all aspects of print from types of papers available and suitability, to the best process for reproduction and the most economic formats. Manufacturing is carried out at our factory in Folkestone with excellent links to the rest of the UK and Europe.

Artwork

Our Studio can accept your design in a range of formats and can advise on suitability of images and graphics. On request we can supply a full specification of what we require to ensure the best possible reproduction. If required our Studio can produce a finished design from your brief and elements supplied. Proofing is supplied as pdf for final sign-off with a Sherpa digital proof available if required.

In-design

Production

All print is carried out on our 5 and 4 colour litho presses equipped with off-press colour controls to ensure the highest possible quality of reproduction. Our presses can print in four-colour process in one pass or in the full range of pantone colours including metallics. The range of stocks that can be used start from 80gsm to 400gsm in uncoated, gloss, silk or matt. As standard we seal all silk or matt coated work to prevent any possibility of marking. The full range of finishing options are available from laminating to booklet making. Specialist services include hot foil blocking.

Delivery and Storage

All deliveries in Kent are by our own vehicles, outside Kent we deliver by overnight carrier unless otherwise specified. We can also offer storage for up to six months on any printed item with part deliveries if required.
